At KAS™ Slipcovers, we want you to love your home's new look, so we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unwashed condition. If your slipcover isn't the perfect fit, our team is here to help you find a replacement or process a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Slipcover
Place the unwashed, hair-free slipcover back into its original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
